ARTWORK DESIGN
• We would help develop and produce a suitable outdoor design for your
product or service for a negotiated fee.
• Alternatively, we would accept finished outdoor ready designs for printing.
ARTWORK REPRODUCTION
• Artworks are reproduced in U.V. stabilized digital prints or pressure
sensitive vinyl as appropriate.
• These are guaranteed for 3 years Good Visual.
• Please refer to the current price list for costs.
• Alternatively we would accept client's artwork reproduction to size in U.V.
stabilized digital prints on scrim vinyl (flexiface) in this case we cannot
accept responsibility for colour fading and material failure.
• Reproduced artworks on any other material would be considered on a case
by case basis.
SPACE RENTAL
• Spaces are rented on our advertising furniture and are for a standard
12 month period. Please refer current price list for costs.
• Space Rentals for less than 12 months will be considered on a case by case basis.
• Space Rental renewals must be confirmed at least 30 days before the expiration
dates.
• Space reservations are only valid upon receipt of the full period space rental
payments.
ARTWORK INSTALLATION
• Artwork installation on our advertising furniture is done for a basic fee.
• Please refer to current price list for costs.
• Lead times will be negotiated and agreed to on a case by case basis.
• A minimum 100 ft “clear visual” is guaranteed
INDEMNITY
• Clients will indemnify Impact Art Limited against any claims
which may arise out of the content of visuals posted.
